Keto's Caverns

Keto's Caverns is a multi-level cave system predominantly built out by a tribe of Kobolds that have 'moved in' recently. Their leader, Mistress Keto, is a Medusa that has manipulated the tribe into revering her as their leader as she uses them to establish her influence in the region. In accordance with traditional Kobold strategy, multiple instances of traps have been built into the caverns, mostly through the use of holes in the ceiling through which rocks and casks of oil can be dropped from the Upper Level.
